La Plaza grew from a shared experience for Laura and Juan Carlos, two Spaniards who have made the United States their second home: finding the everyday flavors of Spain here was much harder than they expected.
They share a passion for Spanish cuisine, its products, its regions, and the way it brings people together around a table. Living abroad made them value even more everything that food represents.
