We are building something new

A plaza where Spain
still smells
like home.

A platform for authentic Spanish food products, a directory of Spanish stores and restaurants, and events to build community. But before launching, we need to hear from you.

because longing tastes the same as home but only if the ingredients are real

Living far from home shouldn't mean giving up its flavor.

More than 300,000 Spaniards live in the United States, and each of them knows the difficulty of accessing authentic Spanish food products. Everyday products, the ones easily found in any supermarket in Spain, are difficult to locate there, expensive, or simply impossible to get.

And then there is the other side: millions of Americans and Latin Americans who admire Spanish culture but only know its gastronomy through paella and sangría. One of the richest cuisines in the world, overshadowed by Italian or French.

My friends in Spain don't understand why I ask them to bring me tomato sauce or good paprika. To me, those are the flavors I miss the most.
  • i.

    Hard to find product

What's standard at the supermarket in Spain is almost impossible to find in the U.S. And when it shows up, it doesn't taste the same.

  • ii.

    High prices, slow shipping

The few existing channels charge premium prices and take weeks. The experience frustrates before it begins.

  • iii.

    Spain, undersold

There is no space that shows the depth of our gastronomy. The Spain brand is underrepresented.

  • iv.

    No community around it

Eating is culture. And there is no place that gathers those who want to live that culture together, far from home.

Three pieces that, together, are more than just a store.

We don't want to be one more e-commerce. We want to close the circle between product, places, and people. The Spanish restaurants and stores already established are not competition: they are natural allies of the project.

1

An authentic pantry

Selected, authentic products. Canned goods, oils, cured meats, cheeses, spices, tomato sauce, soups. What's bought every week in Spain.

02.
2

A map that was missing

A search engine to find stores, supermarkets, and restaurants with Spanish products near you. The brands and businesses already established, visible to all.

03.
3

A community around the table

Tastings, themed dinners, celebrations of our holidays. Events created with the Spanish restaurants of Miami to live the culture, not just buy it.

A space to meet people and build community around what unites us.

Before building, we want to listen to you.

We have lived this problem firsthand, but a business is not built from a single personal experience. It's built with data, with real conversations, with the voice of those who will use it.

That's why this survey. Your answers will define what products we select, what prices we set, what events we create, and where we start. Five minutes of your time will shape this project.

And if the idea moves forward, those who took the survey will receive a 20% discount at launch.

Two people with a lived problem and a lot of drive.

After living in Miami for a while, we noticed our energy fading because food never tasted the same. Talking to other Spaniards, we realized it wasn't just us: it was a shared reality that no one was solving well.

Today, together on this project, we're in the most beautiful and critical phase: validating whether the idea connects with reality before building it.
